These terms cover your use of sohlerpools.com. They are separate from, and don't replace, the written agreement you sign with us for any actual pool construction, maintenance or repair work — that signed agreement controls the terms of your project.
What this site is for
This site provides general information about our services and lets you request a free, no-obligation quote or consultation. Requesting a quote doesn't create a contract between us, and nothing on this site is a bid, price guarantee, or warranty for a specific project.
Not professional advice
Content on this site is general information, not engineering, structural or other professional advice for your specific property. Any real project requires an on-site consultation and a written proposal before work begins.
Intellectual property
The text, design and layout of this site belong to Sohler Pools unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photography credits and licensing are noted where applicable.

This site links to a small number of third-party destinations (for example, a map to our address). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content of sites we don't operate.
