Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free consultations
Your first on-site visit and quote are free and non-binding for both of us — no deposit, no obligation to move forward.
Your signed agreement governs your project
Once you decide to move forward, the deposit amount, payment schedule, and cancellation or refund terms for your specific project are set out in the written agreement you sign with us before work begins. That agreement — not this page — controls for your project.
[PLACEHOLDER: confirm Sohler Pools' standard deposit percentage, cancellation window and refund terms for construction, remodel and maintenance work so this page can summarize them accurately.]
Your right to cancel certain contracts
If you sign a contract with us away from our regular place of business — for example, at your home — federal and Utah law may give you the right to cancel within 3 business days without penalty. Where that applies, your contract will include the required cancellation notice and form; ask us if you don't see it.
Maintenance service agreements
[PLACEHOLDER: notice period to cancel recurring maintenance, and how any prepaid, unused service is refunded.]
How to request a cancellation or refund
